 Services Offered:

Relaxation massage (including Prenatal/Pregnancy) will generally involve Swedish modality, some myofascial release, with light-to-medium pressure and a minimum of treatment work. Treatment massage techniques include a minimum of Swedish strokes, more myofascial release, joint capsule movements, MET (muscle energy technique), stretching, and eccentric loading of injured muscles; it will often (but not always) involve deeper pressure and suggestions for home treatment (primarily hydrotherapy and stretching). Either session can include energy healing/Reiki. Hot stone massage sessions are generally a minimum of 90 minutes to allow time for the entire body, but an hour session can be booked if certain treatment areas are specified.

Discount Packages:

When purchasing a four-massage gift certificate package at standard rates, save $10 off an hour and $15 off an hour and a half (eg: 4 1-hr relaxation massages for $220).

Financial Hardship:

Effective massage is difficult work requiring extensive knowledge of the human body, but I strongly believe that everyone should be able to try massage for injury treatment and pain relief. If you are suffering financial hardship, I may be able to work with you to make your treatment more affordable. Please be willing to prove (with documentation) a reduced income.
