Relaxation, headache relief, and injury rehabilitation

When I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (Syracuse, NY) in the summer of 2006, I had vague expectations of doing relaxation massage in a traditional spa. It quickly became apparent that my true calling lay in treatment massage (particularly low back issues, exercise/work-induced muscle strains, neck/shoulder issues, and headache abatement). I sought out many hours of continuing education in deep tissue modalities, as well as becoming attuned to Reiki, completing Master level in 2009.

I've done a lot of chair massage; I began doing massage at a series of Renaissance Festivals in Vermont and Connecticut, before I was even officially licensed in NY. I started working at Elan Therapeutic Massage in the fall of 2006, and branched out into other chair events like the Tattoo Expo, Amy's Slumber Party, and the New York State Fair. I managed the team doing massage at the Sterling Renaissance Faire right after the event changed owners, for two years.

I do, however, feel effective treatment massage is easier on a table. Since I moved back to Central NY, I've been working from home, and currently working by referral only.

I have a lovely, relaxing, "Fairytale" treatment room (decor slightly downgraded due to relentless pandemic cleaning). Because my overhead is low, I give a discounted rate at the house (please feel free to email or call to inquire).
